The Attorney Funding Process

We understand the time constraints of a successful trial lawyer. So we've made the application process quick and easy. We require a short application form along with a few additional documents and a $500 application fee. Your revolving credit line will be available for cash withdrawals as soon as five business days thereafter.

We also try to keep loan administration requirements to a minimum. Additional draw requests may be made via email or fax and funds are wired to your law firm account within 24-72 hours.

After the line has been established we request updated case lists semi-annually and updated financials annually. We also request copies of your tax returns after filing. Partners are required to maintain key person life insurance in the amount of the committed line plus one year's interest.
